All black everything; OOTD

Hey everyone:) ,

This OOTD is a all black outfit. I chose to go for all black as it is the safest option. It is a very easy colour to wear and style and most importantly I feel very comfortable in it. What I'm wearing:

Dress: H&M
Crop top: Primark
Leather Jacket: H&M
Bag: H&M
Boots: H&M
Earrings: Newlook
Rings: Topshop, Vintage, Primark (in order)

Wearing a dress underneath a top is a clever way of layering. So you can make your dress into a skirt. I personally love to layer clothes like I've mentioned before and I think it adds that laid back style to whatever you are wearing.

However, if you'd like to brighten up the outfit a little you could add a neon/colourful beanie, a statement necklace or even patterned tights/bright socks.
This look is again simple but I love it and it is definitely one of my favourites.

Hope you're all well and thank you for visiting!
p.s feel free to leave comments.

Mini Haul!; Topshop, Newlook, Primark and Ebay.

Hey guys! Finally I got round to posting something new. I haven't blogged about anything for quite a while as for the whole 2 weeks I was really busy with school work. However, I'm back with a mini haul for you. I'll try and organize my time better over they years of practice, I promise!

The first thing I purchase was a BAG. I have an unhealthy obsession with bags, I admit it. But the bag I bought is very casual, and one of those you can just chuck everything into as it has lots of room for all the essentials. It's a hobo style bag which I bought in Primark. Unfortunately, the first time I bought it was broken and I didn't realise until the strap completely came off. But I liked it that much I went and exchanged it for another one. It has black and white aztec print in stripes and rusty gold hard wear. It cost £6.00 which was a bargain and I know I will get lots of use out of it.

Second thing I purchased was actually an online order from Ebay. It's this navy blue chiffon above the knee skirt. With the delivery it came up to £5. It's really  good quality. It has an elastic waist band therefore there is no size selection. In the picture it comes up quite blue because I had to take the picture with flash as it wouldn't work otherwise.

Next 3 items I purchased today after a lovely day in town with one of my friends. First thing I bought was a blazer/jacket in the Primark sale. Its a very good quality classy looking jacket, definitely doesn't look like something you would find in Primark. It was reduced from £30 (which I actually think is an UNBELIEVABLE price for Primark) to £10 (which sounds waaaay much better). I got it in a size 6 as it comes over-sized and I must say it is quite big but looks lovely on. I think it might be my new 'love'. Definitely will be featured a lots in OOTD's in the future. The pattern is navy and white stripes and the material is speckly.

Last two things are bits of jewellery from Topshop and New Look. The ring is a lovely light turquoise colour, and I love turquoise jewellery. It's definitely my favourite. I payed £1.50 as one of the gems fell off and they had to glue it back on which doesn't effect the ring at all. It's a larger size ring which looks nice with other simple rings. The second piece of jewellery were a pack of two hoop silver and gold earrings. They are just simple but quite large which does make them a statement piece. They were only 0.99p which I couldn't believe so I grabbed them straight away.

Hope you're all well and thank you for visiting!

WANTED; Jeffrey Campbell...

Where do I start...oh yeah. Maybe from HOW GORGEOUS THESE SHOES ARE. I have one word to describe them...perfection. I've wanted these shoes from the day they came out. They have been on my 'unreachable wishlist' forever! The cut out detailing is just stunning. These would look cool with some funky socks or even bare feet. In my opinion they would go with any out fit. They are just perfect for casual wear but I am pretty sure I would be able to sophisticate them in some way.

They are leather...which isn't the greatest of things. However, they are just a stunning pair of shoes. The height of the whole shoe is 5.75" and the height of the heel is 2.5". The platform being 1". That makes them perfect for everyday wear. If i ever got to purchase these shoes...which I hopefully will. They will never come off my feet. Ever. I just think they are worth the price and are my dream purchase. Well done Jeffrey Campbell, you did a good job there.

Top 5 favourite lipsticks

At the moment I have been enjoying these 5 lipsticks rather a lot. I usually go for matte finish lipstick but I do make some exceptions at times. So I thought I would share them with you and give you guys a little review on each one:)

I purchased this lipstick not long ago but I have already fallen in love with it. It's the Revlon Pink Pout lipstick. It applies effortlessly onto the lip and it leaves you with a matte finish. It has a nice thick consistency. It was £7.49 which I think is a very reasonable price for a lipstick. Also, Revlon have a offer on at the moment it's a 3for2 offer on selected item so you can grab yourself a bargain.

My second favourite lipstick is the Rimmle London long lasting lipstick in shade 20. I think it's a perfect colour for the summer. In my opinion it will suit any skin tone. It is a matte lipstick, I will agree it is very long lasting and it also smells great which is always a plus. Unfortunately I can't remember the price and I cant find it on the boots site but I'm sure you will be able to purchase it in your local boots or superdrug.

Next favourite is the typical red lipstick every girl should have in her lipstick collection. I purchased it in a unusual place... H&M. Its called Kiss Me Red. I bought it spontaneously the day I was going to a gig (Twin Atlantic to be precise). I thought it was needed and it gives that edgy look, perfect for gigs. It a really nice, simple brilliant red, leaves a glowy finish but I like that look when it come to red lipsticks. It comes in a little box which is so cute and I love the packaging. Also, it was only £3.99 which is an amazing price for such good quality lipstick.

Last but not least it is the biggest and greatest bargain ever!! It's a subtle nude in shade 4 by the brand MUA. I can only find it in my local Superdrug. The price of the lipstick is only...are you ready?...**£1.00**. It's obviously not the best quality lipstick and it goes very dry quickly but you can't expect too much from a lipstick which only cost you £1. However, it is still one of my favourite as I love the colour of it and the way how it is easily applied.

That is my Top 5 favourite lipsticks at the moment listed and described above.
 Hope you enjoy:)

Everyday make up!

Vain selfie...see above haha:)

Because I attend school on a daily basis I keep my make up very delicate and simple. I usually stick to the simple base and eye because I'm not that into to the bold make-up style. Also I think that for a girl my age keeping make-up very simple is a very big plus as it is the more natural look and is 100% appropriate for school. So here is a little list of the products I use everyday:

 - base: Nivea moisturising cream, MUA cover and conceal concealer (ALMOND),  L'oréal
   nude
magique BB cream in Light Skin Tone SPF 12,
Maxfactor Creme Puff powder Translucent 05
 - eyebrows: MUA PRO-BROW ultimate eyebrow kit     **best buy EVER!**
 - eyes: Maxfactor eye shadow; Earths Spirits (in the crease of the eye), Maxfactor
   Masterpiece high
   definition mascara
 - bronzer: Avon bronzing powder in shade Light Bonze
 - lips: mix of 2 colours: MUA Juicy in shade 15 & 17 mirror shine Bee-Hive

My Style Icon; Cara Delevingne

Cara Delevingne (born 12 August 1992 in London England) British fashion model.
She is my style icon because she is the type of person that can pull anything off and will look amazing in it, full stop. I get a lot of my inspiration from her because she has a unique but casual style. She layers her clothes quite a lot which is my favourite thing about fashion. Layering. I think its one of those very handy fashion tricks. Because by layering you can dress anything up or down.

However, when she wants to look classy she WILL look classy. I'm not that type of person who sticks to one style e.g. grungy, classy, punk rock etc. I am the type of girl that dresses however she wants and depending on what mood she in. I also tend to express myself through what I wear. Cara isn't my only style icon, but possibly the mane one :)

Fashion wasn't always a big part of my life as I was a tomboy when I was younger. But my auntie always was the classiest women ever. Always wearing dresses, heels, jewellery and I looked up to her in that sense. She was always a very special person in my life and I looked up to her.

As I got older, I started learning textiles in Secondary school and I fell in love with the concept of making and creating my own original clothes/accesories. Therefore I took it as a GCSE and I'm hoping it goes well.

So there's a little insight into my fashion sense and my past and possibly future.
